Kristian has been part of CMS Kluge's department for real estate since 2015, and works mainly with advice related to real estate. He works primarily for private developers in all phases of a real estate project, and has extensive experience in providing advice in connection with land acquisition, real estate organization, development, rental and purchase / sale of real estate and real estate companies.

Kristian also has experience with consulting and dispute resolution in building and construction projects. This includes advice during contract negotiation and conclusion, during the execution of the contract and at the final settlement. Kristian has brought several cases before the district court and the court of appeal.

Kristian wrote a master's thesis on the interpretation of construction contracts entered into following a prior tender competition regulated by the rules on public procurement. The theme was the consequence of ambiguity in the tender documents and offers.
