Dispute Resolution

The lawyers in the Dispute Resolution group assist clients with litigation and other disputes. We assist with litigation before the ordinary courts of law, with arbitrations and with settlement negotiations.

A number of the group's lawyers are admitted to appear before the Supreme Court. Several of them have professional experience from the Office of the Attorney General, and some have previously served as judges. Many of the partners in the group are often used as arbitrators in commercial disputes.

The lawyers are thorough, skilled, trustworthy and very down to earth, and adds that they handle the Supreme Court very well with sharp arguments and calm authority.
