The Restructuring & Insolvency department covers all areas of insolvency law. These include crisis management, legal evaluation of available courses of action, assessment of collateral, including issues pertaining to the law of security interests and property, as well as debt rehabilitation processes in- and outside the judicial system. The department also have considerable experience working with clients with restructuring under the temporarily Reconstruction law.  

We advise on directors' liabilities, lender liability etc., securing creditor claims, including judicial and non-judicial enforcement, as well as attachment and injunctions.

Our lawyers have expertise on cross-border dispute resolution and insolvency law issues, including the use of non-Norwegian courts to obtain insolvency protection.

Our team assumes responsibility for the design and quality assurance of robust solutions from an insolvency law perspective, and offers tailor-made advice by drawing on the expertise of other departments.
