Andreas is part of the Property Department at Kluge and Kluge’s practice group for EU/EEA and competition law.
Andreas works primarily with property law, administrative law, EU/EEA law, planning and building law and contract law. He assists with advisory and dispute resolution services for landowners, advisers, construction clients, contractors and municipalities. In addition, Andreas has experience related to several aspects of the public processing of building applications.
Andreas has litigated a number of cases concerning administrative decisions and property in both the District Court and Court of Appeal. He assists with appeals to EFTA’s Surveillance Authority, ESA, and was a member of the team working on the case leading up to the EFTA Court’s advisory statement in the joined cases E-3/13 and E-20/13. Andreas also lectures regularly on administrative law topics.
