Anette assists clients in commercial dispute resolution within a range of legal areas, and has argued several cases for both the District Courts and the Appeal Courts, both alone and part of bigger teams. She is part of Kluge's Department of Real Estate and Construction in Bergen, and has mainly worked as an advisor in various property law issues for private and public developers and builders.
Anette holds a master's degree in law studies from the University of Bergen, with specialization in Tax Law and Company Law. Her master's thesis falls within the field of international tax law, and concerns permanent establishment according to the criteria in the OECD pattern agreement. 5 No. 3. The master's thesis is a more detailed analysis of time calculation, with particular emphasis on the importance of interruption, further work, identification and the relation to the time limit in OECD art. 5 No. 1.
Anette is also a lecturer - and regularly gives lectures to companies, clients and students.
