Anette has worked in Kluge as an associate since September 2015 and as a lawyer since October 2017. She is part of Kluge's Department of Property and Construction in Bergen, and works in both jurisdictions.
Anette is affiliated with Kluge's groups for property, tax and dispute resolution, and has mainly worked as an advisor in various property law issues for private developers and builders.
Anette holds a master's degree in law studies from the University of Bergen, with specialization in Tax Law and Company Law. Her master's thesis falls within the field of international tax law, and concerns permanent establishment according to the criteria in the OECD pattern agreement. 5 No. 3. The master's thesis is a more detailed analysis of time calculation, with particular emphasis on the importance of interruption, further work, identification and the relation to the timelimit in OECD art. 5 No. 1.
