Arne works with all parts of EEA law, including public procurement, state aid, competition and free movement.
He advises both public entities and private operators within the field of public procurement and has in this respect particular experience from major infrastructure projects.
Arne also often assists public agencies with the facilitation and organization of their business activities, especially to ensure that such activities are consistent with procurement and state aid law.
Arne has experience from the legal directorate of the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) and has extensive litigation experience from both the EFTA and the EU court.
Arne is widely used as a speaker on various EEA law topics and he lectures public procurement law at the University of Oslo.
