Bjarnhild Ane S. Giset started as an associate at CMS Kluge in 2016. She is affiliated with the department of real estate, and works mainly with buying, selling and renting as well as the development of commercial real estate. This involves both contract negotiations, design of purchase and lease contracts as well as performance of due diligence related to both underlying properties and any real estate companies in those cases where the property is transferred by the purchase of a limited company. Giset also works with general questions regarding real estate, including issues related to ground lease, joint housing ownership, expropriation, prescriptive rights, contract registration, contracts / agreements, etc. She works a lot in teams and on various collaborative projects for both public and private clients. Giset is also the course supervisor for CMS Kluge’s exam-related teaching in the law of contracts and torts / contract law.

In addition, Giset has assisted in various cases related to disputes in joint housing ownerships and tenancies, as well as questions regarding contract registration, enforced collection of monetary claims, preparation of bids, questions regarding potential board liability in development companies, assistance in insurance disputes, etc. Giset has also assisted major international players in the implementation of company law dispositions, such as changes of board members, general manager, etc. She has also assisted lawyer Naja Dannow in the work related to NSSLGlobal Limited's acquisition of the company Snap TV AS, and in the assessment of accompanying agreements related to intellectual property rights.
