Eeva is a partner and lawyer in Kluge's energy & renewables team. She has 17 years of experience within the renewables sector, and has held different positions and worked within a broad spectre of business areas and legal issues.
For the past 9 years, Eeva has worked closely with and been part of the management team in Norsk Hydro's business area energy, and been responsible for legal support to Hydros business activities within power production, market activities, grid ownership and power consumption, including negotiation of the Hydro group's long term power purchase agreements. The last year she was responsible for Norsk Hydro's engagement and strategy within new energy technologies. Previously she has worked with the regulatory framework for financial and physical power trading, through positions with the Financial Supervisory Authority and the power exchange Nord Pool. She also has previous experience from Thommessen law firm, where she worked with many of the largest power production and grid companies in Norway.
She is leader of a specialist network within energy law, and closely follows the regulatory development within this area.
