Espen Debes is head of CMS Kluge's department of Corporate.

Debes works in particular with company law, transactions and property (buying, selling, leasing and settlement), as well as general contract law.

Debes has assignments that consist of general company law advice, strategic advice in connection with the establishment of companies and company transactions. For work with transactions, the advisory services encompass all parts of the transaction phase, including selection of a form of transaction, due diligence, drafting a system of contracts between the buyer and seller and between the individual buyers (shareholder agreements) and assistance for execution of the settlement.

Debes also assists companies with general company law advice related to capital increases, mergers, spin-offs, etc.
