Frode works in particular with M&A, and he has been responsible for negotiations, management of due diligence reviews, drafting of contracts and execution of a significant number of share transactions in recent years. In addition, he has assisted with transactions managed by others, and cooperated closely with financial advisers. He also assists his clients with advice in the area of transaction tax, both for industrial acquisitions and private equity.
Throughout his career, Frode has also worked with problems on the borderline between tax, company law and accounting law. He regularly assists with restructuring in Norway and internationally, where his cross-expertise makes it possible to provide cost-effective assistance together with other specialised advisers.
With his financial background, he has also worked a great deal with the premises for and quality assurance of valuations in connection with restructuring and transactions, including valuations in connection with the restructuring of property portfolios.
In recent years he has also worked a great deal with transfer pricing and the drafting of intercompany contracts from both a tax and company law perspective.
