Ida completed her Master of Laws at the University of Oslo in the spring of 2013. She wrote her master's thesis on the subject of tax and human rights. The title of her master's thesis was “Compatibility of the NOKUS Regulations with the ECHR, 1st Additional Protocol, Article 1”, and it was an analysis of whether the tax rules for Norwegian stakeholders in Norwegian-controlled companies and entities domiciled in low-tax countries was compatible with the ECHR's protection of ownership rights.
Ida works broadly within the firm’s Public Sector Department, and works, for example, with labour law, contract law, the Freedom of Information Act, administrative law, tax law, company law, litigation and dispute resolution. She assists both public and private actors.
