Ingrid has broad experience and expertise in the fields of property law, planning and building law and general contract law. She assists several of Norway’s largest property developers, contractors and architects/advisers, as well as municipalities, county authorities and private individuals with questions concerning the development and management of property, such as the preparation of land use plans and development contracts, building permit and and exemption applications, appeals, cadastral registration, sectioning and land consolidation (urban) buying/selling and leasing, as well as ground leases, deeding over, official registration, etc. She has drafted templates for development contracts for the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development, cf. Appendix 2 to the Ministry’s “Guide for Development Contracts” and standard development contracts for the Norwegian Contractors Association (EBA) and the Federation of Norwegian Construction Industries (BNL). As a member of the Board of Directors of ROM Eiendom AS throughout 12 years, she has acquired broad expertise in property management and development in publicly owned property companies.
Ingrid also has broad experience and expertise in pension law, and, for a number of years, she has assisted pension funds, employers and individuals in connection with the preparation and interpretation of pension agreements (collective and individual), as well as reviews of complex pension law issues.
