Labor law and the Covid-19 pandemic: Kluge contributes with an article in the latest issue of “In House Lawyer”

The autumn issue of Legal 500's international magazine "In House Lawyer" has recently been published. Kluge's employment law team, by Johan Krabbe-Knudsen and Kari Eline Bjørndal Kloster, has contributed with an article on the employer's right to impose face masks, travel restrictions, remote (home) office and coronavirus testing.


Practice areas

Johan has long experience as a lawyer at Kluge and as a deputy judge at the Sandnes Registry Office (Jæren District Court). Johan works with labour law and assists a number of international and Norwegian companies with ongoing advisory services related to business transfers, restructuring processes and the relocation of employees over national borders.

In addition, he assists companies in all phases of labour cases from recruitment to termination of employment. Johan regularly litigates labour law cases before the ordinary courts.
