Kjetil completed his Master of Laws at the University of Bergen in the spring of 2012. During his studies, Kjetil worked as the leader of a working group for younger students.
Kjetil has worked at Kluge since 2012, and he works primarily within the legal areas of construction law, public procurement, property and general contract law. Kjetil has in-depth knowledge of standard contracts in the area of construction and advisory assignments, and he has experience with all types of construction models.
Kjetil has procedural experience from both ordinary courts and arbitration, and considerable experience from mediation and negotiations. He regularly represents both construction clients, contractors and advisers both in advance of projects, along the way, and in case of following dispute resolution.
Kjetil holds courses on an ongoing basis, especially for various actors in the construction industry, and he is the co-author of a book on the Construction Client Regulations.
