In Kluge’s Manufacturing, Retailing & Finance department, Kristine works in particular with dispute resolution and litigation within a variety of legal fields, including EU/EEA-law, administrative law, as well as contract and corporate law. Kristine regularly litigates cases before Norwegian courts. She assists both public and private clients.
Previously Kristine has served as a deputy judge at the Follo District Court, and as secretary to a law reform committee established by the Ministry of Justice. During internships at the Parliamentary Ombudsman, she worked within the areas concerning access to public documents and appointments in the public sector.
Kristine also has particular expertise in the field of immigration, including issues concerning EU/EEA law and immigration law. As a research assistant at the Centre for European Law, she wrote a thesis on the rejection and expulsion of EEA citizens.
