Sunde is a senior lawyer in CMS Kluge's professional group for labor law and privacy law and has worked within the field since she graduated from the university in 2013. Sunde's expertise covers the entire labor law spectrum and she has extensive experience in advising employers on all types of issues in individual and collective labor law.

On a daily basis, Sunde assists with ongoing issues related to employee management, for example related to reorganization and downsizing, transfer of undertakings, whistle blowing cases, collective bargaining issues and employment protection cases. Sunde often assists employers in difficult personnel matters and associated negotiations and dispute resolution.

Sunde also acts as a legal representative for the courts and acts as the company's representative to public bodies, such as the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority and the Dispute Resolution Board.
