Kyrre Tangen Andersen, Mari Klungsøyr Kristiansen and Stian Hultin Oddbjørnsen from Kluge’s IPR team have contributed with the article “Copyrights to work made for hire under Norwegian Law” in the spring edition of "The In-House Lawyer".
Mari is affiliated with Kluge's Public Sector Department and is a part of Kluge's tech team. She primarily assists clients with dispute resolution and advisory work within technology and public procurement.
Mari holds a master's degree in law from University of Bergen. She wrote her master's thesis on the subject of property law. She also did an exchange to Pennsylvania State University, where she specialized in American contract law, international financial law and international litigation.
