She has considerable experience with the ongoing challenges in working with management, HR and personnel issues. Within this field, she provides clients with practical advice that is solution-oriented.
All aspects of employment law are encompassed by the assistance, including hiring, dismissal, restructuring and downsizing processes, data protection, working hours and whistleblowing cases. Marianne often works with international employment contracts and assists clients in cross-border issues.
She works extensively with privacy law. Marianne assists clients with data processing agreements, problems concerning control measures and surveillance of employees, information safety, camera surveillance, internal control and training.
She is experienced with negotiations, and with dispute resolution both in and out of the court. Marianne has been used as an external examiner at the University of Oslo and she regularly gives lectures on a broad range of employment law topics.
