Nina assists primarily private and public and private clients with all types of issues in the area of labour law and HR-related issues. This encompasses entering into employment contracts, ongoing challenges during day-to-day operations, termination of employment, restructuring, lay-offs, workforce reductions, business transfers, etc. In these processes, work is performed either as ongoing advisory services to the company’s board/management, or by performing the process for or in cooperation with the company or by handling the assistance as a litigation assignment.
Nina usually represents the employer side. She also has extensive experience with advisory services and litigation assignments related to the former framework agreement with the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) and affiliated trade unions.
Most of Nina's activities also entail handling disputes outside of the courts, through dialogue and negotiations in order to avoid bringing disputes before the courts.
Nina also has experience with advisory services in the area of collective labour and wage law.
