Snorre Haukali deals with finance, company law and corporate/M&A. Snorre Haukali holds a wide-ranging experience in corporate law, mortgage law and finance law related to external and internal financing of companies and projects, guarantee law and international private law.

Snorre Haukali has extensive experience in managing large-scale financing projects including syndicate loans to finance the operations of major corporations, project financing of development projects and acquisition financing. Haukali has also extensive experience in negotiating and project management of cross-border transactions. He has for a number of years assisted private equity companies and industrial companies in such finance and corporate issues and has as a consequence experience with ordinary secured (syndicated) bank loans, various guarantee models, bond loans and loan programs, as well as with interest rate and currency hedging agreements (ISDA), as well as with the rules of internal financing of corporations.

Snorre Haukali also assists clients in general corporate law issues on a running basis which includes strategic and legal advice to companies’ board of directors, to the general management and to the shareholders. He also assists in preparing all the various corporate and management documents. He also has considerable experience from sitting in boards of directors both in traditional industry and the oil industry and banking.
