Stian works primarily with projects and dispute resolution in the areas of technology, digitalization and mobility.
Stian has expertise in "Tech Law" (in particular IT contracts, copyright law and regulatory issues within technology), intellectual property, public procurements and contracts as well as legal issues in the public transport sector. Stian represents a wide range of public and private clients in these areas.
Stian has litigation experience before Norwegian courts. In addition, Stian has been a deputy judge at Drammen District Court for over two years, which has provided valuable experience in court proceedings.
