Kluge collaborates with Oslo Architecture Triennale 2016

Oslo Architecture Triennale (OAT) had its official opening conference on the 9 September at the Norwegian National Opera at Bjørvika. The conference brings together architects, thinkers, decision-makers and local experts to discuss how our belonging depends on and is influenced by the architecture that forms our society.

Development of the city centre, reallocation of existing buildings, efficient construction, technology that promotes new markets and sharing economies. New ways to be at home and estranged.

The opening was declared by HRH Crown Prince Haakon. More than 700 architects and real estate developers from all over the world participate at the conference. Kluge is the main collaborator of the Triennale.

OAT is the largest architecture festival in the Nordic countries and an important meeting place for discussions about architecture and urban development. Through exhibitions, conferences, debates, excursions, publications and other formats OAT challenges the architectural field of expertise and makes the audience reflect on what creates a good city. The Trienniale will also initiate local, Nordic and international debates on architecture and urban development. OAT is held in Oslo every three years. This year's Trienniale starts on 8 September and lasts until 27 November.
