Kluge has advised on another major E&P transaction on the NCS

On 5 December 2018 Faroe Petroleum announced that it has entered into a swap agreement with Equinor, where Faroe Petroleum transfers participating interests in three development assets (Njord, Bauge and Hyme) to Equinor and Equinor transfers participating interests in four producing assets (Ringhorne East, Vilje, Alve and Marulk) to Faroe Petroleum, all on the Norwegian continental shelf. The agreement was signed in Kluge’s offices in Stavanger on the evening of 4 December.

Kluge has assisted Faroe Petroleum throughout the process with due diligence, contract negotiations and general transaction support.

The team from Kluge was led by Jone Stakkestad and also consisted of Ingerid Jacobsen, Eirik Aanestad, Joar Kalsaas, Thomas Abrahamsen and Audun Stornes.
