Three new partners in Kluge

We have the pleasure of welcoming Joar Kalsaas, Fredrik Aadahl and Marte Thorsby as new partners in Kluge.

The International Comparative Legal Guides: Sanctions 2021 has been published in an updated version. It covers 17 different jurisdictions sanction regimes, including their legal basis, sanction authorities, implementation and enforcement.

We are delighted to welcome Camilla Grytten and Siv Veronika Madland as partners in our Oil and Gas department. They both have in-depth experience from the oil and gas industry and will further strengthen our position in the energy business.

The Norwegian Government has introduced a number of measures in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Below, we have set out an overview of what we consider as the most relevant and important of these measures, that businesses in Norway need to be aware of. The overview is updated as per 20 May 2020.

The In-House Lawyer

Kyrre Tangen Andersen, Mari Klungsøyr Kristiansen and Stian Hultin Oddbjørnsen from Kluge’s IPR team have contributed with the article “Copyrights to work made for hire under Norwegian Law” in the spring edition of "The In-House Lawyer".
