Kluge and Green Ducklings enter a unique collaboration in Norwegian offshore wind

Offshore wind has the potential to become Norway’s new export adventure, and we see more and more companies exploring opportunities to engage in offshore wind. Many companies have a strong technology and competence basis combined with a long track record from oil & gas, but these backbone elements are not necessarily enough to succeed in the global and rapidly developing offshore wind industry.

With the purpose of offering support to Norwegian companies with ambitions and appetite for offshore wind, Kluge and Green Ducklings have entered into a partnership that we believe represents a unique value proposition. Green Ducklings brings a global offshore wind network and expertise within market, commercial, technical and stakeholder aspects, while Kluge brings legal expertise and a well-established local presence and network in Norway. Together we can offer both separate and combined services to companies in relation to i.a. development and implementation of internationalization strategies, acquisitions, stock-listings and bringing new technology to the offshore wind market.
